Mierpapier is Miranda Mulder

In 2000 I graduated with a BA in arts and design and soon after (in 2004) I started

my own bussines where I work with paper mache and make illustrations.

 

Now I work with paper pulp, which is a clay-like paste made of paper, water and glue.

It is a fantastic product which I make out of old newspaper.

This pulp can be molded and shaped. When it's dry it's very hard,

light and durable and can be sanded and painted.

With this paper pulp I love to make little individuals, monsters, bugs, critters or animals,

all with their own funny personalities, sweet and sometimes a bit mischievous....
